Implementation of a digital warehouse management system

Grávalos at its headquarters in Zaragoza tackled the challenge of converting a manually managed warehouse into one managed by a computerized system that controls stock in real time and directs warehouse operations electronically.

In collaboration with our partners, we implemented this system, training and qualifying our employees for this new way of working. After technical project management, parameterization, testing and commissioning, the system began stable and continuous operation in April 2021.

Result and profit

The system improves customer service, avoids errors, helps maintain the FIFO demanded by customers (First In First Out), traceability of materials and optimal resource efficiency. It also allows us to control and value in real time the stocks in the warehouse.
