Technology
Overinjection
OVERINJECTION
Overinjection (also known as insert injection) is a more complex process than conventional injection molding and requires more advanced machines. Thanks to this technology, we can introduce elements of other materials into the mold to produce complete, more complex parts in a single process.
Robotic process
Although it is possible to insert these inserts manually, the most common (and ergonomically favorable) method is to use a robot or an automated system.
