We have the necessary technologies to perform different types of welding (ultrasonic, vibration or bead), to produce assemblies formed by the different types of injection parts that we manufacture in our facilities.
We highlight the use of ultrasonic welding, which consists of the application of ultrasonic frequency waves together with moderate pressure, which melts the surfaces in contact and joins them together. It is a very fast, high precision welding system that provides a strong bond between parts and high levels of strength.
