Through the stamping process, and starting from sheets or coils, we manufacture metal parts in materials such as phosphor bronze, brass, steel or aluminum. In fact, many of the metal parts that we over-inject as inserts are manufactured by ourselves in this section, where we have gooseneck presses up to 30 tons.
The stamping process, schematically speaking, consists of a feeding system that feeds the strip into a press equipped with a die, usually progressive (step), which forms the part.
MAXIMUM CONTROL OF STAMPING AND GALVANIZING
In the Grávalos group we stamp terminals in strips or loose terminals, in the latter case, to proceed to their coating in the electroplating section. We would like to point out that the maintenance of the dies is also carried out within our own facilities.
