What is the Information Channel?

Based on our compliance with a legal obligation set forth in Law 2/2023, dated February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption; and based on our legitimate interest in preventing conduct that could result in criminal liability for the company, we are making available to all interested parties a Whistleblower or Reporting Channel through which you may inform this entity of regulatory violations or breaches of our corporate ethics committed by its employees or executives. Only individuals who become aware of a regulatory violation as a result of their employment or professional relationship may use this channel.

Sending and managing communications

CONSTRUCCIONES GRAVALOS S.A. provides this information channel through a web form that guarantees the confidentiality of the information you submit to us at all times. If you prefer, you can also send the information directly to canaldenuncias@gravalos-sa.com.

Legal basis for standing

The processing of this data is justified by compliance with a legal obligation set forth in Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption (Art. 6.1(c) of the GDPR). The processing of special categories of data is justified by the public interest (Art. 9.2(g) ofthe GDPR).

Confidentiality of the complainant’s identity

This Information Channel guarantees the confidentiality of the complainant’s data by keeping them anonymous unless their identification constitutes a necessary and proportionate obligation imposed by EU or national law in the context of an investigation carried out by national authorities or in the framework of judicial proceedings, in which case it must be communicated to the authorities competent in the matter.

CONSTRUCCIONES GRÁVALOS adopts the necessary security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the information sent to us.

How long do we keep your data?

The data will be retained within the system for a period of 3 months. Once this period has elapsed, they will be destroyed and may remain blocked when necessary to demonstrate the operation of the crime prevention model or when required by the competent authority.

This data will not be disclosed to third parties unless your identification is necessary, in which case it may be provided to the competent authorities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may access, rectify, object to, request the restriction of processing, or request the portability of your data by sending an email to lopd@gravalos-sa.com.     Information on the Processing of Personal Data

    The data controller is COSNTRUCCIONES GRÁVALOS S.A., which, in compliance with the legal obligation set forth in Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, will process the information for the purpose of managing reports received through this channel, ensuring the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s data by keeping it anonymous and not disclosing it to third parties, unless the whistleblower’s identification is a necessary and proportionate obligation imposed by EU or national law in the context of an investigation conducted by national authorities or within the framework of legal proceedings, in which case it must be disclosed to the authorities competent in the matter.

    Your data will be retained for a maximum period of 3 months from the time it is entered into the channel, after which it will be deleted from the channel, but it may remain on file when necessary to demonstrate the effectiveness of the crime prevention model or if required by the competent authority to initiate the corresponding investigation into the facts.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, data subjects may exercise their right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their data, or request the restriction of processing or data portability, by sending an email to lopd@gravalos-sa.com.
