Legitimized by compliance with a legal obligation under Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and anti-corruption; and by our legitimate interest in avoiding conduct that may involve criminal liability to the company, we make available to all interested parties, a Channel of complaints or information through which you can inform this entity on regulatory violations or our business ethics committed by its employees or managers. This channel may only be used by those persons who have knowledge of a regulatory infringement as a result of their work or professional relationship.

Sending and managing communications

CONSTRUCCIONES GRAVALOS S.A. makes this Information Channel available to you through a web form that will direct you to an external on line tool of a trustworthy qualified supplier, which will guarantee in any case the confidentiality of the information you provide us with.

Communications may be submitted anonymously or by incorporating your personal data. CONSTRUCCIONES GRAVALOS S.A. is responsible for the treatment of this data. Each communication will generate 2 codes; complaint number and identifier number. These codes will allow us to track our complaint through the “ACCESS MY COMPLAINTS” button.

If you include an e-mail address in your complaint, you will receive e-mail alerts as the complaint is processed.

Legal basis for standing

The processing of this data is legitimized in compliance with a legal obligation under Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption (art. 6.1 c) RGPD). The processing of special categories of data is justified in the general public interest (art. 9.2 g) RGPD).

Confidentiality of the complainant’s identity

This Information Channel guarantees the confidentiality of the complainant’s data by keeping them anonymous unless their identification constitutes a necessary and proportionate obligation imposed by EU or national law in the context of an investigation carried out by national authorities or in the framework of judicial proceedings, in which case it must be communicated to the authorities competent in the matter.

CONSTRUCCIONES GRÁVALOS adopts the necessary security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the information sent to us.

How long do we keep your data?

The data will be retained within the system for a period of 3 months. Once this period has elapsed, they will be destroyed and may remain blocked when necessary to demonstrate the operation of the crime prevention model or when required by the competent authority.
