Technology
Bi-injection
BIINYECTION
With bi-injection molding, a technology that is also more complex than conventional plastic injection molding, we can manufacture parts in two colors or with two different materials, in different parts of the part, at the same time. This requires the use of a specific type of machinery with two spindles and a rotary mold.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
The main difference between over-injection and bi-injection is that while in the former, the new material is introduced on a previously injected part, in the latter, the part is manufactured using both materials at the same time by injecting them sequentially.
